Brief description of the process flow:

Sand mixing: Use sand processing equipment to mix molding sand, water and other raw materials evenly in proportion.

Molding: Sand molds are made by automatic molding machines Melting: Iron is added to an electric furnace for melting.

Pouring: pour the molten iron into the sand mold

Automatic cleaning: Preliminary cleaning of castings is performed by machinery, and shells are removed.

Sand cleaning: Use a shot blasting machine to clean up the molding sand and debris on the casting.

Machining: Drilling, shaping, riveting and other machining of castings using bench drills, punches, etc.

Assemble: Assemble the parts.

Inspection: The castings are inspected through inspection, pressure testing and other inspection processes.

Packaging and storage: After the finished product is packaged, it is put into storage for sale.
